With 20+ years of retail experience spanning from Levi’s to Walmart, I intimately know how fast consumers' expectations around convenience and choice are increasing. As Narvar’s Chief Customer Officer, I must innovate daily, helping my teams come up with better solutions for the everyday consumer and the trusted brands they shop. 

We saw a large opportunity to offer consumers more flexibility in return drop-off options, adding major locations that are part of their everyday path. We also saw a huge potential to reduce hefty returns cost via consolation.

Our partners at Kohl’s and Inmar saw the same possibilities we did and, together, we launched The Return Drop. With Kohl’s trusted drop-off locations, Inmar’s consolidation capabilities, and Narvar’s seamless digital experience, we are live at 1,100+ Kohl’s stores nationwide. This service is designed to transform the return experience for both consumers and retailers, making it more convenient, efficient, and seamless for all.
