Scaling Products and Partnerships

Digital commerce isn't for the faint of heart — margins are low and customer expectations are high. Markets also demand as well as reward high quality technology solutions in order to move the industry forward. Here at Narvar, we love building and riding the roller coaster of the digital commerce product ecosystem.

Today, I am thrilled to announce that the two front row seats of this ride are taken by Lucinda Foss, VP of Product and Michael Haswell, VP of Partnerships.

Lucinda has a deep passion for removing friction from user experiences and has led transformations across multiple industries including construction, personal finance & human capital. Most recently, Lucinda built and led explosive growth at ServiceNow. She has focused on B2B2C products at both start-ups and public companies for customers ranging from very small businesses to very large enterprises. As head of our fantastic Product team, she’ll lead all aspects of product development and strategy at Narvar.

An important contributor to our growth to date has been partnerships with other key players in the retail ecosystem including Zendesk, Big Commerce, Cycleon, Walgreens, Simon Property Group, and Mall of America — not to mention all our carrier and 3PL relationships. Strategically these have gone hand-in-hand with our product priorities: to make the returns experience more convenient for consumers with a network of nearby locations and an array of options including printerless and boxless methods; to provide transparency in delivery status despite shipping delays; and to accurately predict estimated delivery dates around the world.

You may already know Mike Haswell, who is a well-regarded leader in retail & commerce. Mike is coming to Narvar from Google, where he incubated and scaled several businesses for Google Shopping, primarily through strategic partners including some of those listed above.  He’s also no stranger to startup life, having joined Yahoo! when there were fewer than 500 people and serving as employee #8 and first non-coding hire at Jambool, which Google acquired in 2010.

I and the rest of the Narvar team are looking forward to working with Lucinda and Mike. If you're a thrill seeker, come and join us on this amazing journey as we are building something incredible!
