Consumers can return their items to participating Kohl's locations. Signs in store point to a dedicated service desk, where they can hand their items to a store associate who will verify the item and scan their QR code. The consumer will receive a drop-off confirmation email to track their return and provide feedback. Meanwhile, the Kohl's team member will print a label and place the item in a polybag for shipment.
Please note: QR codes from other carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) will NOT be accepted at these locations.
Drop-offs are accepted at 1,100 Kohl's locations across the US.
Dimension limits are 20" x 16" x 14.5" to ensure items fit in the polybag. To maximize the consolidation process, we work with soft goods, small accessories, and some footwear. We do not support big and bulky returns at this time.
You may use Narvar's Return Rules feature to set rules which determine who sees this option, the shipping destination, and the shipping fee.
Returns are shipped from Kohl's to an intermediary facility where they are consolidated and shipped to the merchant's final destination. We provide tracking updates through each step. Expected delivery time is 14 days from drop-off. As usual, Narvar provides consumer and merchant tracking for these shipments.
