What is Narvar Summit?

Narvar Summit is a forum for important conversations about the state of the retail industry, focused on post-purchase.

Who is it for?

Narvar Summit is for Narvar customers and invited guests as well as leaders in the retail industry. Registrants outside of these requirements are subject to review.

Are members of the press allowed to attend?

Press are invited to attend the Product Showcase & Cocktail starting at around 4:30pm. The rest of the sessions are closed to the media to allow for authentic interactions and information sharing. Please contact press@narvar.com if you are interested in attending as a journalist.

Where is Narvar Summit 2019 being held?

Summit will be held at The Pearl, which is in the heart of the San Francisco Dogpatch neighborhood. This vibrant, up-and-coming area was formerly a shipbuilding hub dating back to the 1800s. Today, the Dogpatch retains an industrial vibe with large warehouses, many of which have been updated into residential lofts, art galleries, restaurants, and shops.

What does the Summit pass include?

The Summit pass includes access to all programs, meals, and networking events that take place during the main Summit day of April 17, 2019.


In addition, those with a Summit pass can add on either the Innovation Experience or Certification – all activities which take place on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 (the day before the main Summit day).

Can I attend Training & Certification AND take part in the Innovation Experience?

No, unfortunately these two programs take place at the same time.

What is the cancellation and transfer policy?

Registration may be transferred up until April 1, 2019 with Narvar approval. To receive a full refund, you must notify us of the cancellation in writing prior to April 1, 2019 by sending an email to events@narvar.com. Paid attendees who cancel after April 1, 2019 are liable for the entire fee. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Narvar Summit, Narvar’s liability is limited to the return of paid registration fees.


Which airports are closest to the event?

San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is the closest major airport, a 15 minute drive from The Pearl. Oakland International Airport (OAK) is a 55 minute drive over the Bay Bridge. San Jose International Airport (SJC) is also an option, about 55 minute drive from the The Pearl.

What are the hotels of record for Summit 2019?

Narvar has reserved a block of rooms at Hotel Nikko for the rate of $299 + tax. If you’d like to reserve a room you can do so here.

Will there be transportation from my hotel to The Pearl?

Narvar will send out a final confirmation email that will include a code for Lyft/Uber. This code will allow you to to go from the hotel to The Pearl at your convenience.


What is the weather like in San Francisco in April?

High temperatures are usually around 65F. Lows are usually 50F with very low chances of rain. It is always recommended to bring warm layers as the weather in San Francisco can be unpredictable.

What is the dress code?

Business casual attire is appropriate for the entire event.

What if I have special dietary needs or allergies?

Narvar makes an effort to provide meals that accommodate a variety of dietary requirements. Please specify during registration any specific dietary needs. When you arrive at the lunch area, inform a server and they will review the available meal options.
