Today I’m excited to announce that we’ve acquired a wonderful team in France whose vision aligns with ours: Kronos Care, a startup that enables retailers and brands to increase loyalty through branded notification experiences. Its co-founders Guillaume, Antoine, and Paul share our commitment to elevating the post-purchase experience, and have accomplished a lot with their scrappy team of five people. Kronos Care caught the eye of luxury giant LVMH, who awarded them a special Innovation Award during Viva Technology 2018, and invited them to join their accelerator in Paris, “La Maison des Startups”. Their customer base includes some of the best in European luxury & beauty, including Etam, Intersport, Camaieu, L’Oréal, and LVMH brands.
For Kronos Care’s clients, we look forward to providing the products, intelligence and partnership that will help you scale. Acquiring Kronos Care aligns with our vision of combining local expertise and our global resources as we continue to focus strategic investment in EMEA, building on a year of successful growth in the market. In the past 12 months, we’ve doubled our presence and tripled revenue in EMEA. In addition to building out a robust team in London, we’ve added regional teams in Munich covering DACH, and in Paris covering Southern Europe. The Kronos Care team will join our Regional Director based in Paris, Adrien Naeem, who brings deep ecommerce platform expertise from his years with Demandware and Omniture.
As we continue to scale Narvar globally, adding the right talent is critical to maintain momentum. In addition to mindset and skillset, we look for people who share our core values of humility and the ability to embrace ambiguity, take smart leaps, and do great things together — all of which the Kronos Care team embodies.
